Shipping & Delivery

Delivery estimates are indicative and depend on a number of factors including the specific product ordered, its fulfilment location, the destination country, and the carrier used.

LUSTRIQ works with multiple fulfilment suppliers, which means different products may ship from different locations. The estimated delivery window for each product is displayed on the product page and confirmed at checkout.

Tracking information is provided by email once your order has been dispatched. Tracking availability depends on the carrier assigned to your shipment.

When ordering from LUSTRIQ for delivery outside the United Kingdom, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs charges levied by your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

LUSTRIQ does not collect import duties or taxes at checkout. We are unable to predict the exact charges applicable to your order as these vary by country, product type, and declared value.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an international order if you are concerned about potential additional charges.

Not all LUSTRIQ products are available for delivery to every country. Certain products — including electrical items, rechargeable devices containing lithium-ion batteries, and chemical or liquid products — may be subject to carrier restrictions or import regulations that prevent shipment to specific destinations.

Where a product cannot be shipped to your location, this will be indicated at checkout. If you are unsure whether a specific product can be delivered to your country, please contact us before placing an order.

LUSTRIQ will not dispatch restricted products to destinations where shipment is not permitted. We are continually working to expand carrier coverage for all products.

We want you to be happy with your LUSTRIQ purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your item.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
• Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• International return shipping costs and any import charges incurred are not covered by LUSTRIQ.
• Refunds are processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.
• Items damaged in transit or delivered incorrectly should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
